Videology Adds Two Key Executives to Australian Leadership Team

Sky Reidy has been named Managing Director, and Sam Moles has been named 
Commercial Director, for Australia and New Zealand.

The addition of these two industry veterans comes as Videology's Australian 
business continues to expand in parallel with the escalating need for video 
advertising technologies among advertisers, agencies and media companies.  
Videology has been in the Australia market since 2013, and currently accounts 
for approximately half of all programmatic video transactions in Australia, 
confirming its role as a leader in advanced TV solutions around the globe.

Sky Reidy joins Videology as Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand, 
reporting to Pao.  Reidy has over 15 years of experience across media agency, 
publisher and technology environments spanning Australia, New Zealand, 
Malaysia, the United Kingdom and the United States. In this new role, she will 
be responsible for leading the adoption of Videology's products across its 
diversifying client base spanning the TV and video ecosystems.

Reidy brings considerable global expertise and industry experience to the role, 
having previously led business strategy and operations for Adslot, a technology 
company that manages workflow and trading of premium digital media between 
agencies and publishers.  Prior to Adslot, she was Global Product Manager for 
Facilitate Digital, a marketing technology company acquired by Adslot in 2013.  
A founding member of Mindshare Australia's digital team, she has also held ad 
operations and marketing roles at Yahoo!7 in Australia and Channel 4 in the 
United Kingdom. She completed her MBA (Technology) at AGSM in 2016.

Sam Moles has been named Commercial Director for Australia and New Zealand, 
reporting to Reidy.  Moles is a digital media sales veteran, with a successful 
track record of positioning and developing advertising technology companies in 
the market.  In his new role, he will work closely with Reidy and the extended 
APAC management team to identify and drive the most valuable growth 
opportunities for the Australian business.

Prior to joining Videology, Moles was Sales Director for Adaptly, where he led 
the development and execution of Adaptly's go-to-market strategy in Australia 
and New Zealand. Moles has also held senior sales leadership roles at 
Exponential Interactive, The Walt Disney Company and Adconion Media Group.
